Your first Mother’s Day

 

evokes feelings of joy and pride

 

It is the time for you to celebrate

 

Your first Mother’s day.

 

Relish the joys of holding Kason,

 

feel your own heartbeat inside it

 

and take pride in the fact that

 

You are his Mother!

 

On this special day

 

I want to say how proud

 

I Am


of the wonderful job


you are doing with my grandson!

The pictures I have seen of Kason, he is a very beautiful, special and light-bearing child (aren't they all?!) and blessed is the mother who has the privilege of being his, and the grandmother whose loving arms of grace and provision protect and sorround them both. This is a wonderfully life-affirming matriarchal poem, Amber, and A VERY HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO YOU, TOO! :)) xx
