Memories Last FOREVER !

When nothing else works,
God and our memories will.

Woke up one morning, you were gone,
Someone had taken you away;
Now, all of my days seem empty,
Yet still, to our Lord I do pray.

That some day you'll come back to me,
Until then, you'll be in my heart;
Our memories keep me going,
'Til the day we make a new start.

My Angel, you're always with me,
I refuse to let go of you;
You are with me every day,
Where ever I go, in all I do.

And no one can take that away,
Our memories last forever;
You'll always be a part of me,
Can they take that away? NEVER !

Our hearts shelter memories forever more and God is the One that will never leave us and will be there through good times and bad...it is our faith and trust in Him to see one through. Your poem is heartfelt..
