The President is taking a tour
To talk about our economy
To bring jobs to Americans
To help fulfill our every need

The people say, “We need jobs now!”
That’s so easy to fix, my friends
Simply look at what we’re buying
That’s what has brought us to this end

Why don’t we simply help ourselves
And heed the writing on the wall
Buy what fellow Americans make
Or America will surely fall

Sure we can blame our government
But it’s we who are most guilty
We control our economy
It’s we who control the money

True freedom needs to pay a price
And duty is part of that need
Duty to support our products
It’s our children we need to feed

Why not become a true Patriot
Re-think ‘All for one and one for all’
Patriot or Benedict Arnold
We are the ones who make that call

So, what can our government do?
That, too, is so easy to fix
If it’s sold here, then build it here
Don’t need a magic bag of tricks

For all imports that are allowed in
Then we need a national sales tax
Let those who don’t support this Lady
Let him pay for what his heart lacks

Mr. President, please hear the call
The time is now to take action
Time for decisiveness, be firm
Our country is nearly in traction

Stand tall and tell it like it is
Forget ‘politically correct’
For those who won’t like this idea
  Un-Patriotic is what I detect
