What matter that we lose ourselves Malign trust with misunderstanding Abandon friendship for fear What loss is at hand When hearts detach Choosing loneliness over love Who suffers in such affairs as this What end served Lest agony be the goal Forsaking hope for tears Empty a soul appears Seeking only for a forgotten touch Waiting as years unfold Alone

Deep touching feel to this one...I can truly feel the loneliness in each word!!
