Tears fall from his eyes to the page Words crashing the walls of the heart Waves breaking, leaving him dazed Ripped in two and torn apart A world now without meaning A life destroyed with her leaving A heart not willing to survive No desire for staying alive Retreating into the dark Closing down the senses Eyes close, breath exhausts Life released in silence copyright© Michael R Wood 2002

Living or thinking like this is a perfect defeat. Attitude and will out the door. If I really felt this way, I would search for something addictive to do like smoke a strong dope. No it can't be this bad. Bill
