When life is turned upside down
There isn’t time for sitting around
Yet the emotion becomes so strong
The mind wants to know what went wrong
In desperate need to meditate
A suggestion arises to attend an ocean retreat
For it is there that nature provides relaxation
Along with many natural forms of reflection
Calming and soothing the inner fight
Simply created, and magnified, by light…
Clouds, rainbows, sunsets, and stars above the sea
Reflect movement, beauty, hope and how magical life can be
When self-reflecting there is much to see
It may take a month or two, maybe even three
For your inner layers of light run quite deep
Sometimes even enlightening your dreams while you sleep
Release the pressure to always have it together
Memories and insight gained will last forever
Remove the darkness cast upon you
Let your light shine bright
Before you know it, everything will be alright.

Histories of the world are generally written to either celebrate technology and science, or to herald doom. My book examines the path of the spirit in the onward rush.
Explains the realizations that have given the author the views of living life fully. The life each person dreams about.
You must take a look at yourself before dreams can be reached.
