Stand away from conflict
Lower the main sail During a violent storm a sailing vessel must lower the main sail, as not to be caught up in the treacherous siege, and destroying its mast. Then so, when one encounters the unpleasantries of obnoxious social behaviors, hold a course of humbleness and safety, rather than submitting yourself to the bidding of a ravishing wind.

This is apt and timely. I am going to go get my daughter to read this immediately. She has been the victim of social bullying lately and is having panic over it. I think this might help ~
