We are what we see

Play it again Sam

Words are mankind’s tool to express his desires and the feelings of his heart and soul.
How then could our hearts be truly perceived if we use words to describe something we may not totally understand in its entirety, to someone that does not totally understand their own self, and communicating with the hope that we have even selected the precise words for what we think we feel? With this in mind it is no wonder that people are misunderstood.

There is a place that dwells between words and our feelings. In this place that may be in our subconscious mind lives the realm of color, vibrations of music and art.

These things are the fingertips of the hands of our emotions, and are connected to the reality of what we truly feel. That is why we are so moved by a sunset, the colorful autumn leaves or artistic achievement as well as the music we hold so close to our hearts that makes us feel good, and we often say; “I can relate to that,” and no words could describe it.

Our awareness and acceptance of the rhythms in nature, the art seen in the shapes of all living things in this physical dimension and the colors we see around us, all are mirrors of the shape, color, and rhythm of our emotions unveiled from our subconscious minds, as we look to the horizon and witness the beauty of ourselves and finally see the vastness of our emotions inside of us standing right in front of us.

So the next time you want to express how you feel in your heart to a loved one,
take them to the ocean and watch the setting sun together. And they will truly see your passions and desires and the beauty of your artistic song.
