BREAKING AWAY
I hear the loud drawn out sound of paper very slowly tearing, but I am not surrounded by the husks of its reams. It must be then the ripping sound of my soul as it detaches itself from mortal suburbia and its social injustices, on its way to freedom, giving birth to divine thought.
