I scream for help but no one's near
I escape my fears but I'm still afraid
You find out my fear and become enraged
You stand to fight for me but it's too late
I'm already hurt, I'll aways be afraid
Now I need you to release your anger
Help me feel my own
Help me now I'm drowning in denial
I cant believe how I've been done wrong
I loved him as my Grandfather for years
Help me please I am consumed with hate
I hate him now and I feel guilty
He can't undo what he did wrong
And I cant forgive him for what he doesn't see as wrong
Help me becuase I can't move on
He raped me of more than my innocence
He raped me of who I was and so much more
Help me to find who I am today

I'm not sure if what you have written is true or this is just a poem. I am reading a lot if guilt and pain into this. Sometimes, you just need your anger to surface without feeling guilty because what happened was not your fault. You'll need to let that anger out, and perhaps also seek some professional help as well. You are too precious a human being to be suffering through no fault of your own.
It is okay to get angry, okay to cry. After that is done you'll need to pick up yourself and move forward. The past does not define who you are, it should not let it affect your future. Your future is in your hands and you can shape it to whatever you want it to be.
