Poem Artwork

Such a sad sky – grey clouds
heavy with tears. Waves of white
linen cover sweeping undercurrents
of gathering dark.

Anticipation hangs
in moist air. One can almost
taste rain, feel rapturous letting go, sweet
sound, serenity.

Wide blue sky of my soul
holds back fury of this storm.
A cloud changing form, I ride prevailing
wind. Waiting for what?

Afraid that I will break
and spill forth rivers of rain,
I wonder: does everyone know my need
for cleansing, relief?

One Lucky Guy by Paul Lonardo

(Richard M. Feldman) Ever since I was a young boy, the only thing I wanted to be was a cowboy. I wanted to own and work on a real ranch, with cattle and horses. Especially horses. While I never became a cowboy, considering everything I have done

Black Ash & Green (Sessions with my Therapist) by Pearl Barley C M Donaldson

She never felt safe at home as a young girl, and didn't understand why when she finally escaped she wasn't safe in the big wide world either ...effectively jumping out of the frying pan into the fire!
