I see a young girl who is seeing her youth vanishing quickly and the old man is either Father Time, or her unhappy lot in life. I'm most likely wrong on both accounts. Nice read though.
Filled with feeling. I sense a young girl looking for a "father figure" from something missing in her life, only to find out that he can no longer be "a father" leaving her motherless and coming to that realization. Cool concept.
