I wrote this as a response for my hard disk crashing and taking into oblivion hours of writing, poetry, and other documents. Luckily I had backed-up my files last month but still a lot was written in the past month. Still Death has not won, and so my motto is "Some men live and die, I die and live"
I heard death humming at my door today
I heard him mutter,
"I am here"
making his presence known
I was not afraid
for he could not
Kill
what is dead,
"Here I am,
take me
today! I said
He vanished
merrily whistling away
"I'll be back when
all is well"
"Fine" I said,
by then
everyone
will be dead.
A touching, loving and spirtual insight of the dying process, filled with peace, smiles and starting on their journey, taking me with them as far as I could go, returning back with something I didn't have before. Will be out early in 2010..on Kindle
