Feeling Blue

Feeling blue today.
Don’t know why.
Sun is shining. Not a cloud in the sky.
The air is fresh and clean.
I think I get this way when the seasons change.
There’s a certain feeling of “undone.”
Now it’s time to give myself that same old sermon.
“Be thankful for what you have.
Quit wishing your life away.
Today is a beautiful and glorious day.
Do something useful.
Write a poem. Do the laundry. Clean the house.
Don’t be such a louse.”
The blue is beginning to change to indigo.
Soon it will be violet,
And I’ll see its dismal blue no more.
Finally, the bright colors of life’s rainbow I see.
Up and at ‘em.
As Larry, the Cable Guy says
“Get ‘er done!”
I’m done with this poem.
Think I’ll do some laundry,
Or not.
But, I am onto greener pastures.

This is so understandable, I have been feeling blue and not knowing why, I also believe that it is due to the change of the seasons and also the time change. You are right, just a quick wake up call and we get back on tract.
