Hiawatha is that you there sitting quiet by the tree i hear music in the woods come explain it all to me my eyes don't always see you know lift this veil so i may see and gaze upon your handsome face while you hymn to me winters come the air is damp lets move closer to the fire many here to share the warm gathered round to know the glow often i have thought of you and how you counseled me wisdom doesn't come from books but how you walk with me we're not from here you and i knowing things from long ago take my arm and snuggle close while i listen to you hum
