Women are flexible. When our wings are plucked from us, we'll simply fly with the broom.

Poem Artwork

Her body and mind -
recently, targeted with bullseye -
now, filled with sore wounds,
inflicted by darts of lies,
still bleed.

Blood flows onto the pavement
where she lay half-dead.
A black cat walks by,
sticks out its tongue,
licks the blood, and smiles.

For a moment,
she sees something spectacular -
A flash of bright lightning
shoots through the cat’s body
as it transforms into a dark figure, and...

*POOF!!!* -

It flies away merrily on a broom!!!!

This was magical. The black cat gets a life after it was struck by lightning. That explains cats have nine lives.
