Through the eyes of a new born child
To seeing the bounty of questions in all children
To the caring embrace of your mothers kiss
To the stern words of your fathers guidance
Inside the arms of your lover…
Or our friendships we make alone the way;
Love has many faces…& also equally as many depths of expression…
But above all…Love is always nurturing & giving in selfless tenderness’s
This Poetic Expression of Love Is Dedicated to “Woman”
The kindling flames of love’s hearth…

Glorious Love

Pristine are these avowing thoughts carried
Laminating the heart of our giving love
Perfuming expansive ardent chambers
Where we undress the exposing cloth of our soul

Touching the bounty of our devoting emotions
Providing ourselves to know intimacy’s touch
We gather our venerations with affirming assurance
Tenderly caressing alloted pleasures of our thoughts

Extolling upon our integrity’s with innocent passion
We grant desire freedom to know satiety of hunger’s thirst
To behold the completions of each other with nurture’s clarity
We recognize love exists within tender’s vital essential touch

Conjoining as one we are love’s expressive canvas
The beauteous creations of our deeply innate desires
Allowing love’s fragility of strength to embraces us
sanctity’s endearments embellish our souls to offer you love

Glorious love, spoken from a glorious soul.
Your mirrors reflect so clearly that which you are,
as your image manifests through the arms meant to hold ones love,
and the hands meant to feel ones heart, and then from a pen of love to a page of love.
And now into the hearts of us all.

My dearest Victoria,
Again, you give voice to our excited and enduring emotions that struggle for expression in an impersonal and materialistic world.

"Glorious Love," you say. Yet if one's love is not glorious, then it is but a sham for love is always gloriously unselfish and centered on the other.

There is one significant value inherent in all your romantic poetry, Vickie: Rare is the reader who can enjoy your lines but once. There is in the rereading a joy of the heart that lives forever in the soul.

With love and admiration,
Richard

Where we undress the exposing cloth of our soul
what an amazing expression and so true many times we hide our spirit beneath emotions it certainly is good to uncover our souls and let our true emotions be exposed,
you put evrything so beautifully vickie and the way you write about love always find it's way into my heart.
thank you so much.
Dave.

Vickie,
In your glorious words and feelings, you wrap Art in our Nature and our Nature in Art ...and me in it all.

I like how you use the seemingly paradoxical "fragility of strength" to describe love. To me, that strength comes from some power in the Universe outside of oneself. Call it what you may. The fragility of strength means, to me, as long as we stay "connected", or "tapped into" that source, which we willfully stray from (ego entrapment) so many times in life, only to wander back in emotional tatters. Nice poem.

"where we undress the exposing clothe of our soul" is both revealing and riveting to the concepts of the heart -- an introspection each and everyone of us should take, frequently to ground ourselves in what we should value in our lives -- peace and love my friend -- Jon Michael

LOVE...GLORIOUS LOVE. THE ENTIRE WORLD WAS CREATED THROUGH IT... AND IT CONTINUOUSLY FLOWS FROM HEART TO HEART...SOUL TO SOUL AND MIND TO MIND. WITHOUT LOVE ONE CANNOT LIVE...AND...THIS IS THE WAY GOD WANTED IT TO BE AND THIS IS THE WAY...IT IS. THIS WORK IS A BEAUTY THAT TOUCHES, STRENGTHENS AND INSPIRES. THANKS FOR SHARING AND BLESSINGS. "We recognize love exists within tender vital essential touch" in our wishes, in our thoughts, in our dreams. The fantasy of love being will always be shattered by loves reality, illusion and passion will always take our hearts higher, to a better emotional place, because...when it comes to love...who needs reality?

Georg
