Seeds Echo Rhythm
willowy rind yields bounty
prairie bushels reaching high
inedible fruits with valued purpose
are trellised buffalo gourds grown...
drying seclusive on fertile dead vines
plucked into servitude's final harvest
resting instilled upon arid landscape
drying hard into stone like strength
blades carve when seeds echo rhythm
a jamboree inside continuum's inner eye
opens now into diaphanous shaped baskets
silently holding secrets inside weaver's nest...
