* These wreaths -- some 5,000 -- are donated by the Worcester Wreath Co. of Harrington, Maine. The owner, Merrill Worcester, not only provides the wreaths, but covers the trucking expense as well. He's done this since 1992. An honorable guy. Also, most years, groups of Maine school kids combine an educational trip to DC with this event to help out. Making this even more remarkable is the fact that Harrington is in one the poorest parts of the state.
Lest we forget those who gave all to keep us free and that honorable gentleman for his love for those who died by adding these decorations each year. May he live a long and happy life.

It is well that we do not forget. We have a bell to and a column to remeber that war. Malta suffered a lot because it was bombared intermittently. I tried to capture the war in my story "The Bell", but I suppose it's too long for people to read. Can't blame them. We seem to have little time these days. But back to your post, Worcester Wreath Co. are to be commended for their donation. Victor
