HEADLINES

When you read the headlines what do you see

Poverty, death, widespread misery

Flooding, tornadoes, people dying by the score

People everywhere pleading PLEASE NO MORE.

Food and Aid HARDLY ANY

Not enough to help so many

Looking into a child’s eyes and seeing fear

Their crying for food is oh so clear.

Suicide bombers in the news each day

Blowing themselves and others away

Believing there heading for martyrdom

Not realizing the lies of some.

Now in New York the ARABS a planning a Mosque to build

Near where the 711 victims were killed

The AMERICANS this insult to be done

Although not welcomed by nearly EVERYONE.

What I ask happened to HUMANITY

To bring about such INSANITY?
