Oh, its so easy but we don't do it enough.

When You Hurt a Friend!

When you think you’ve hurt a friend, do you hide your head?

And hope they get over it or do you apologize instead?

It’s so very hard sometimes to eat that humble pie.

But sometimes it’s the only way, for you to grow & get by.

Saying I’m sorry is easy, it’s only one simple word.

If you say it from your heart, what you said will be heard.

A hug helps too I find, for it kind of seals the hole you made.

So give a hug to the one you hurt and what you’ve done will fade.

With so many conunterfeited friendships around, a genuine one shouldn't be spoiled by using the only chance one have and ask for a second one afterward.
Them that don't wish to cry should hit the nail, not their thumb with the hammer.

Beautiful and soothing words from a kind heart.
This is short and to the point, but contains deep, wise counsel.

Love ya, Sis,
Connie
