Erasing Bad Memories

Erasing bad memories from your mind can only be done if you face them.

Bringing them into the light make them much clearer and not so grim.

Take each one and go through all the pain that this memory caused.

If you get stuck in a real dark place, don’t hit forward just hit pause.

Compose yourself a little, and then say a short prayer for bravery.

You will feel a great release instantly from your years in slavery.

Then hit start again and you’ll have renewed strength to get through.

No matter how bad, you’ll see them in a different light & a different hue.

Face them all with courage and conviction that this can be over-come.

If you open up your heart for love & forgiveness, it all can all be undone.

Put them back in the past where it belongs and don’t let it hurt you again.

You will see a great miracle happen and you'll witness your spirit mend.

Thank God for the blessings and move on to the next memory you had.

And before you realize what has happened, you’ll no longer feel so bad.

In fact, I can promise you that happiness will come shining through.

You won’t even recognize yourself for you will be better than new.
