He met her on a Tuesday on a train ,

She was different and he was the same .

She was autistic but knew him enough ,

To look at his face with a kind of trust .

They had met on Tuesdays for many years .

Both of them had issuesand many fears .

That's why they both went to group therapy .

Each Tuesday from noon until half past three .

It took three years for him to talk to her .

But now they found a common place to share .

The lady on a Tuesday smiled at him ,

He asked her the time and gave her a grin .

She didn't know what the time was and laughed .

Lunch time .

he said ,

She replied

Lets go half .

She was afraid but he made her feel safe .

Together their problems they both could face .

They got off the train, as the world looked on .

So she shut her eyes and the world was gone .

He took her hand and led her down the street .

Uneven legs made him limp on his feet .

Around his neck he wore a vital call .

As a precaution in case he should fall .

Each Tuesday gives them the will to survive .

Love in a deep sense is really alive .

The lady on a Tuesday talks again,

With the man she meets each week on a train .
