Get yourself some flour
and blend it in with care ,
and mix all this with love
enough for us to share ,
then fold in tenderness
with gentle hands then take
all this and pour in heart and soul '
and slowly bake .

Simple as a cake
and it doesn’t take long to make
a little love ,
so take some of the love we make ,
its easy as pie
you’re the apple of my eye ,
its great that we made it together you and I .

There’s always people there
just starving for a bite ,
here’s some food for thought
the taste of love’s all right .

So put it on a tray
and serve it round each day
And everyone will say
the taste of loves’ ok .
