One week
During the summer before my junior year of high school
I tripped acid for two weeks straight
Since then, every time I look at a carpet
Or even something as plain as a wall painted white,
I see paterns of diamonds morph and swirl
Now
I sit back, and enjoy the consequence of my experience,
And ponder what is real and what is fake.
