The kids have great imaginations which will help them with writing as they grow. It is amazing what first graders can create.
They all did very well and deserve a yahooooo to go with their booooo.

Great writing. I am sharing "First Grade Acrositic" with my granddaughter, who is a first grade teacher. Her Mom (my daughter) who is involved in elementary education. Also my co-auther, Peggy, a Phd. in linguistics and languages who has written several workbooks for elentary education.

Great acrostics for this age group! Gets some word association and mind usage going, especially fun through one of the childrens' favorite holidays! Acrostics, good and tight, like the tying of shoe laces because if not properly tied -
Tumble
Rugged
Iced
Plop!
