My heart is overwhelmed by all the
sickness and hurt and pain in the
world. I feel a tremendous need
inside of me to heal .. to help ..in
some small way..Yes, I wish I could
hug the world..but its beyond my
power.

                       ****************************

In my own corner of the world
The clock ticks on and on
I wonder of the wasted hours
That are so quickly gone
The moments that are lost to us
That will never come again
The days we sit and wonder of
What might of been

In my own corner of the world
Darkness starts to fall
My nieghbor is sick in bed
But no time to call
Another moment lost that
I can never retrieve
While the clock ticks on
With no reprieve

In my own corner of the world
Sadness calls to me
So many people are in pain
So many lonely
I wish I could hug the world
Make it a much better place
But time keeps moving on
And I can't win the race...

I used to feel this way Linda and it caused me more pain, beacuase somehow I thought I could wish and think it all into being well again. And then I decided a good deed here and there, a kind word here and there was all it took....

Wonderfully symbollic photograph! Your words touch my heart, the helplessness that seems to take over is such a deep hurt. If only the world could heal....

Be always safe,

No one should be sad for haven't the capacity to help beyond the own power reach, and corners are for outside dust to accumulate until mother come and takes it away.
Welcome back! ! !

No need to try and save the whole world, just by spending time with one person is PDG, and if we all would do that, a great change would come in to being.

A beautiful write and one to be proud of. We may not be able to ever do all that we would surely like to do but...we can do small miracles one kind task at a time. Great to see you on the board again.
