Burning Flame Sometimes I feel as though my life Is a candle with a burning flame The flame is my passion of which I was always known whether for Poetry, art, or love…. Just as time passes and the wax melts The pain I have endured changed The essence of my being. The flame longing to be the warmth of Someone’s heart The beauty of their desire Destine to be only a flame…. Extinguished by the brutal Force of wind.
