The right things to wonder about–beautifully expressed. Yes, Haiti is a place of great beauty and great prosperity.• Eventually, the people there will experience it.

Having taken three Royal Caribbean cruises, I know that you are on a ship that is a wonder in itself. If the world is like the progress in cruise lines, then everyone on this great boat will eventually prosper and enjoy all the amenities that we can dream of.

Places like and the people of Haiti make me wondor also, of how wonderful our lives are in compairson to those people in places like Haiti. Thirty years ago, when I was there on a cruise stop also, the poverty seemed to me to be almost unbelivable.

This give you pause to wonder. What I have never figured out is the island is divided into two parts.. The Dominican Republic takes up the other part of the island. These two countries are as close as you can possibly get geographically, but worlds apart in how they manage their affairs. Haiti is in constant turmoil (politically for the most part) while the Dominican Republic seems to have figured out how to live peacefully together.
