would you draw me to your chest for just...‘a pause’?
Would you let my cheek press softly
on your shoulder
and let my racing heart POUND
next to yours?
For a minute...just one minute,I could soar free,
with surging currents sweeping me to bliss...
and forever,
that one minute would endure me
to live in retrospect of naught ...but this.
at a loss, kay, I, oh so, so often feel this way...too often and this is hard to say, here, in public, but your poem, so beautifully longin, honest...you bring out the emotio in others, you, well, your work I guess...well, it moved me enough to say that...and the piece, oh, you are so very, very gifted, and it reflects so much beauty in/of language, and more...moves w/it's human, amazing insight...I can't think what to say, other than Bravo...beauty, courage, longing and much more
