Ode to Sailor Moon



Duty calls.
friendship
ignites
the fires
of purpose.


The innocent
are imperiled.
Darkness has
gathered
her legions,


But a pretty warrior
haunts the shadows--
sceptered queen
out of time--
punishing the wicked,
dispensing justice,
where fear grips
hearts and minds.


Driven by love
to all extremes--
She will manage
(somehow)
to save us all;


Go, Sailor Moon.
We believe in you!
