Tender, loving care I slowly caress the soil . . Spading it back and forth Stopping, to see my work at hand I continue spading My body feels the warmth I continue to cultivate . . As the sun sets Magnificent colors Appear . .

Excellent metaphor of growth and tender loving care, Deb...the spade brings this poem to a turning point, the turning of soil so much like the turning of our emotions, bottom up, then top-sided where fertile gardens flourish in rich clay...be well...
