Part of writing poetry is how you express yourself not only in words, but also in format, and this format is not new, just seldom used. I liked both the poem and the layout...well done. If you read any of the work of ee cummings you'll notice he didn't color inside the lines, either.
A poem about “crossing over” to better relationships on the other side of love. I will not make that journey, because I have plenty of love on this side.
As you can see by the above, the only thing interesting about the formatting is that it is harder to read. You may be trying to draw some kind of picture with the words (on both sides––having to cross over to read?), but I can't see it. I refer back to your primary purpose writing the poem and that is why you changed your mode of love.
