This very thing happens so often. Maybe it is the total commitment that scares her off.................sometimes time is the great healer. Fantastic write!!

Eh . . . That's the way it goes many times, when the object of his affection is no longer there, his love intensifies and drives him crazy. I know. Been there. Survived when I never thought it was possible!
