Unfortunately, I've known a few women who didn't know how to kiss. Fortunately, my mother was savvy enough to hold kissing parties for my sixth grade classmates. Some of the best homeschooling I ever got!
And, what's lipstick got to do with it (except if it's flavored)! I've heard that women have gone so far as to bite their own lips to get a little red on them--weird.
