Daniel’s  Original Birthday
Now, Dan’s 40th birthday was pretty original,
And 40 years earlier,
He pu11ed out the stops, too.
I co11ected a whole bunch of
Elevens that showed up that day.
I’11 bold them and color them blue.
The black print is sma11er, you’11 see.
His birth was scheduled, as C-sections are,
But Dan had in mind an earlier time. 
That’s almost a rhyme.
He started to come, before the 6th chime
His mom ca11ed Dr. Stahl,
Said “I’m not ready!” (Trying to sta11)
He said “Get thee to the hospital,”
St. David’s by name, (in so many words.)
Dan was born in the A.M. at 1: 11
(times 5)  on June 11, In 1967,
His mother’s room was 311 ,
His birth name was Daniel Wa11 Coulbourn.
His mother is Gail Conne11 Coulbourn.
