Once upon a wint’ry day

Curious Gage went out to play.

But Jack Frost was out there too,

Touching all with fingers icy blue.

Upon the barbeque some snow did fall,

Pure and white, it seemed to call,

Taste me, taste me, I am so good,

With your tongue, lick my hood.

Curious Gage, with tongue stuck out,

Gave it a lick, then began to shout.

Jack Frost grabbed the tongue and made it stick

He laughed and laughed at that cold trick.

Once upon a barbeque hood,

Gage’s tongue was stuck real good.

He pulled and pulled with no luck,

But with a mighty jerk, Wise Gage came unstuck.
