Dear Best Friend

Dear best friend You might have known This is the end Apart we've grown. This is hard to say Please don't cry I gave it away With my tremendous sigh. You'll remember this day As I try to say good bye Yours tears start to slip away Away and quick they fly. The tears in my eyes have long since came I just have to wonder why But now I am tired of your game The knot in my throat starts to untie. We do not call We do not fight We do not stall We do not write. Many times you've made me sore You're not my best friend, not anymore. The bond we shared I thought it so tight Then I got friends who cared It suddenly seemed light. Dear best friend You might have known This is the end Apart we've grown. Soon the knot was going to untie Good bye, good friend, good bye.
