Indiscretion There was a time Not long ago When you and I Loved each other so When day was through And the sun set low When raindrops knew Where our hearts would go We traveled far We crossed harsh streams Yet nothing dared try To disrupt our dreams Where did it go How careless were we To risk it all On a pointless spree? Let’s stop right here Reset our compasses Refresh our course No more rumpuses. A timeless treasure Comes into view The dream is clear It’s just me and you.

I've seen it happen in many a relationship, the straying and the loss of trust. And I've seen many that never recover. Yet, I've seen some who've somehow weathered the storm. Perhaps they could never go back to the way it had been, but maybe the commitment to save what remains and grow from there made their union stronger.
