Maybe we are just meant to meet... ...and then go on with the journey...

 Hummingbird

 
Come little hummingbird
Feed at my feeder
Imbibe the sweet nectar

Dart
Fly
Hover
And dart again
You little feathered fairy

Grace my garden with your presence
Exude the joy of flying free
Live each blissful moment
As though none other is forthcoming

And when you wish
And all is right
Spend forever with me
