Caught in the shadow of solitude’s shell

Soul’s screaming out but no one hears the yell

Have made perpetration the occupied place for so long

It’s like being lost in the space where it all began to go wrong

Clinging hard to the bible…with much faith in the word

Understanding in this comes from the Book of Proverbs…

Take away from the king all wickedness….and his throne will be adorned.

Only once the king has recognized the source of the sickness…can his heart’s healing be born.

And if not…the role of masquerade will ever continue

And lack of happiness is simply not a fair trade in eternity’s venue.

Efforts to make a situation succeed...can’t take precedence over personal wants or individual needs

Can’t stick & stay out of spite….and loving while lonely don’t even sound right.

Without serenity home’s peace is tossed….Without love felt genuinely maybe the blessing is the loss

Remember that Lessons are your blessings in this thing we call Life

It’s not only about what feels good or our resistance to what causes us strife.

It is all about learning what you need to get you through

Sometimes what feels bad in the day will make a peaceful night for you

Even when we learn that we’ve made a mistake….

It doesn’t mean failure or that God isn’t working hard for our sake….

Maybe it’s his way of breaking through solitude’s shell

Maybe it’s the proverbial dawning of the new day to make your soul well

So while your soul screams…know it’s okay to let your heart cry

Resolve what this heartache really means…and refrain from asking God “Why?”

For, no one is supposed to live with hurt, or in a full house and still be alone

Nothing is more valuable than knowing your worth and

Healing your heart with God’s help, on your own!

COMMITT TO MAKING YOURSELF WELL…STEP OUT THE SHADOW & BREAK THROUGH THE SHELL!
