My Lady, my Wife, my Life You’re the mother of my children You’re the air that I breathe You’re the reason that I’m living You’re everything to me You’re the sunrise in my morning, you’re beside me when I go to sleep at night You’re my lady…you’re my wife… You’re my lady…you’re my life. * This love that you and I share Was simply meant to be A love to last forever Throughout eternity For I was born to love you and I’ll love you for as long as I’m alive. You’re my lady…you’re my wife. You’re my lady…you’re my life. * Later in our lifetime When we are old and gray This love that lives between us Will never fade away For time cannot erase the way I feel when I look into your eyes. You’re my lady…you’re my wife. You’re my lady…you’re my life. For I was born to love you and I’ll love you for as long as I’m alive. You’re my lady…you’re my wife. this is so romantic and honest, a sincere tender gentle song, that I smile as I read, because I know you my dearest friend.
