To the reader. Honoring Father's Day. I have learned that Faith is a process! You know, it's like growing up, and going from being a child and to becoming an adult...But, Faith must be practiced by hearing and then Faith grows inside of us-by applying it within our lives.I am reminded of the words from the book of Ephesians 6:1-3: "children obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right. Honor thy father and thy mother; which is the the first commandment with promise;that it may go well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth".Poem called Never Hearts Til death do us part...grateful to my Parents.T.A.P.-Tap The Amen Poet. When I was a little girl My Daddy said to me Sweety, you must learn your life And what you ought to be ... I said yes..., yes Daddy, I said Yes-ess. When I was 16 years old I sang in a "rock" - Band . Though I did not realize That God had different plans ... Yes-ess..., yes-ess . Mother PRAYED, that I should use My talent for the Lord If...I had known, that she'd prayed that way I'de have made my "Heart - so - Hard" . Now I'm GLAD ... God answers PRAYERS ... And I "Belong" ... to HIM , He's my Lord,... my Saviour,... my God of everything! Yes-ess, yes-ess . Though my dad's gone away from me ... I have a "Heavenly-Father" ... Who will ALWAYS "Comfort" me ... Yes-ess... Yes Daddy , Yes-ess... Yes Mother , Yes-ess... Yes FATHER ... Yes-ess... FATHER ..., Yes-ess... FATHER ..., Yes-ess... FATHER ... Y E S ...
