I paint a mental picture of you in my head
As I imagine you next to me lying in my bed
Caressing my soul with your words of charm
Falling into you deeply and melting in your arms
As I peel back a layer of your soul
You begin to panic because you have lost control
For the first time in your life you loved someone back
Now that love has knocked at your door
You hesitate to answer afraid of what love has in stored
The door of love flies open and hits you in the face
Dazed by the effect that love has put on you
You decide to love me and realized my love is true
