Having no doubts and knowing fears,

As I gazed into my mother’s tears,

For a while through my challenges,

life seemed meaningless,

clouded in misery and despair,

thinking how you giving me life, was ever fair.

You promised me life,

in a world that was unforgiving,

Assuring me that by you,

I can conquer all my doubts and fears,

and all I ever had to do,

was call on only you.

So one day I challenged you,

and in a blink of an eye,

just as the days and the nights were created,

even then,

there was you.
