Mother-dead, Mother-gone,
I feel your relief
Of seasons gone.
Mother-life, Mother’s gone,
I feel my relief
Of reasons gone.
Mother-here, Mother gone,
I feel your regret
Of seasons-wrong!
Mother’s gone, Mother’s dead,
I feel my regrets
Of reasoned wrongs!
Oh Mother! Embrace Me!
I feel our We!
Of reasoned seasons gone.
