Jane was a teacher of mathematics.

But her lessons were plagued by dramatics.

Her class overcrowded – her pupils enshrouded.

She needed more room for kinetics.

The Head would do nothing implicit.

His focus, inclined to dismiss it

He waved her away, with a gesture to say.

She must ‘make do’ (in words more explicit).

So, she applied for a room that was smaller.

then consulted the class bully/brawler.

And just for one week, allowed chaos to wreak.

‘til the Head was compelled to recall her.

He explained; now that her room was nearer.

The class noise was far too much clearer.

 It then came to pass he divided her class.

And provided an aide to relieve her.

There's a moral to this story - 'Think outside the box'.
