God Bless America

“Silo Mentality” In order for our Nation to be great again… It should be run like a well-oiled machine One Nation under God whose leaders Must open up their eyes as well as minds Realizing the silo mentality is not acceptable For it is proven inefficient and suffered countless failures Information and knowledge should be shared Among the members of congress who lead this great nation Republicans vs. Democrats Affluent vs. Indigent Black vs. White Lose the labels and come together for the good of the people The example must start at the top and be truthful The trickle-down effect will elicit hope The rampant hatred will be snuffed out Love and Unity will rise up from within~ May God Bless America! God will not make government right. Our founding fathers rightly left religion out of governing our country except to allow everyone to worship as they please. Religious politicians have been inserting God into our government ever since, more so in the 20th century.

You mentioned "trickle-down" as being somehow, beneficial. That process, started under President Reagan in the 1980s, has resulted in an income/wealth shift from most of us to the very rich who now control all elected offices through their huge contributions. Trickle-down has been proven to be a failed policy economically, but many like you, seem to think that it will be good for everyone, making the rich and the poor "get along," while the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

The best thing that we could and should do, is get rid of the lobbyist, and not let corporations rule us, but it's a swamp that'll never be drained. And despite what Trump has vowed to do, he's only added more swamp land to D.C.
