At a loss for one special thought,
Maybe I will get it caught...?

Poem Artwork

 Don’t know what to write,

Don’t have a clue,

Thinking what would be right,

Trying to think of something new.

We all have our musual (sp?) losses,

They affect us from time to time,

Our brains are our bosses,

Trying to make us come up with a rhyme.

So further I go trying hard,

No talk of the weather,

Though as usual it’s wet,

Better than being icy shards,

Still can’t figure a go way to go,

Eventually maybe will it be weather or whether, still don't know...

The muse comes and goes, very fickle. Just go with the flow, as you have done here. Happy New Year, Ed.

Even if you really can not get your poetic mojo on, after all it's New Years day....We all have 365 days in a year to conjure up some very beautiful poetry....So let your mind rest up and those creative, lyrical lapses will fade, replaced by a plethora of ideas to write about....

As poets, we share what is in our hearts and souls. Anything and everything we write has its precious moment and is worth the memory, so don't underestimate yourself.

Happy New Year, Ed!
