Of late, I’ve not been around,

From me nary a peep or sound,

I do most assuredly apologize,

This apology comes from deep down.

If you like this or not,

You don’t have to give it a thought,

Just write what you will or not,

From me you won’t notice any distraught.

For from you I do expect,

No comment, only a reject,

I really have all these years,

Appreciated all the smiles & tears.

Hopefully you do understand,

That, of late, I haven’t written,

Of that, it was nothing I planned,

We all speak of muse, mine not only leaving,

It must have been a product of thieving.

But who knows I might be back,

With some of my ideals and such, still intact,

This, a long explanation for a short subject,

So you are entitled to of me reject,

My site here on this Den, totally wrecked,

From the bottom of my heart to you all,

I do show all manner available of deep respect!
